Alexandra Van Tuyll

Alexandra was born in 1943 in Utrecht, The Netherlands. She travelled widely before settling in Ireland in 1977.

She taught music, art and languages as well as teaching and performing the keyboard in Canada, the Netherlands, Indonesia and Ireland. After moving to Achill Island she began to paint full-time, influenced by classical music and the nature that surrounds her.
